INSURANCE COVERAGE
We’re committed to providing accessible, affordable care for our patients—and that includes working with a variety of insurance providers. While we strive to keep our services as inclusive as possible, we are also required to follow the rules and regulations set by each insurance company.
Please note:
If you have Medicaid, certain restrictions apply—such as having our provider listed as your Primary Care Provider (PCP) before your visit. Be sure to review your plan details to avoid unexpected costs.

A Quick Note for Our Medicaid Patients
To use your Medicaid benefits for non-emergency medical care with us, you’ll need to have our provider listed as your Primary Care Provider (PCP) before your visit.
If we’re not currently listed as your PCP, Medicaid unfortunately won’t cover the appointment—but you’re still welcome to be seen under our self-pay option.
Not sure how to update your PCP?
